I couldn't have asked for a better location; right in the heart of everything touristy. The small yet well-designed rooms were overlooking the main square, a true 'European City' experience. Keeping the curtains drawn was a minor inconvenience but necessary. The service was incredibly courteous, helpful, and professional, with a personal touch of walking us around to point out key areas. The dining experience offered exceptional choices, including gluten-free options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms, although on the small side, were incredibly comfy and clean, making for a peaceful retreat overlooking the main square - the location couldn't have been more perfect. The bed was lovely, offering a very comfortable rest, and having a nice coffee while enjoying the little balcony overlooking Rossi Square was a true highlight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were all I could ask for and more, with an enclosed balcony offering lovely views down one of the side streets and across to a pretty square. The service was very helpful and friendly throughout my time there, and the location was perfect for exploring the heart of downtown Lisbon. The dining experience was fabulous with plenty of food choices. However, there were some issues with the dining service being late. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor hiccups.
